What does the annual fee cover?
The annual membership fee covers your annual physical, preventative care, family history, and a plan for future health maintenance. Dr. Bunch maintains a comprehensive electronic medical record of your care that is available to you at any time upon request. The annual fee also allows Dr. Bunch to provide lengthy medical appointments, customized health plans, 24/7 accessibility and much more.
Will I still need my health insurance?
Yes. Your health insurance will cover the cost of lab tests, X-rays, specialists, emergency care, hospitalizations and other services. While having health insurance is not mandatory to receive care from Dr. Bunch, it is recommended. We are also happy to assist those who prefer to go out of network or pay cash for medical care.
What if I am hospitalized for any reason?
Dr. Bunch will remain your personal physician and work closely with hospital staff to coordinate your care.
Is Dr. Bunch really available all the time – including nights and weekends?
Yes, she is. That’s part of what you membership covers. Dr. Bunch is easily reachable via phone and responds quickly to emailed questions or concerns.
What if I have a medical emergency?
Dial 911, then call Dr. Bunch.
She can provide important medical information from your records that will be helpful to your emergency medical staff. She will also be able to coordinate follow-up visits and assist in developing a plan of treatment.
What if I need a specialist?
D. Bunch will facilitate arrangements with medical and surgical specialists for you. Of course, she will always participate in important consultations with specialists to help you understand and make wise health care decisions.
Will I be able to access my medical records?
Absolutely. You have the right (with prior written notice) to access your medical records so you can inspect or request copies. Of course, Dr. Bunch will maintain confidentiality of your medical records as required by law.
Do I have to become a member to see Dr. Bunch?
Your initial assessment visit is free, but after that, a membership is required through the payment of an annual fee. The annual fee is $3000, payable annually or in quarterly or monthly installments. Discounts are available for paying the full year and for married couples in the same household.
